1. Structural Framework & System Governance

This cryptographic digital asset meteorological data network infrastructure ("System") is operated, and maintained under the regulatory frameworks of MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 702 682 282)

By executing a machine-to-machine connection handshake, querying network endpoints, generating access keys, or initiating token ingestion routines via WEATHER ENDPOINT™ or its canonical routing domains, you contractually accept these terms in full. Continued token consumption programmatically registers signature confirmation under compliance controls.

2. Infrastructure Entitlement & Token Allocations

Access keys are issued exclusively through authorized billing settlement nodes. Entitlements are governed under strict multi-tenant network guardrails:

Hard Volume Quotas: Subscription tiers are restricted to specific monthly call counts calculated at exactly 25% of baseline pass limits to preserve main network capacity limits.
Rate Limiting & Firewalls: The engine automatically blocks inbound traffic vectors if user keys hit their designated maximum volume thresholds or expire.
Lifecycle Bounds: Subscription authentication loops operate on strict 30-day structural billing cycles. Counters automatically clear to zero upon renewal cycles.

3. Cryptographic Signature Validation Arrays

All structured meteorological tracking indices, parametric datasets, and sub-second atmospheric tracking telemetry streamed behind your firewalls are cryptographically signed using proprietary, native asymmetric validation networks.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable runtime license to verify these signature blocks natively inside their application frameworks. Sharing or leaking asymmetric private core credentials or tokens violates architecture security protocols and results in instant, permanent token revocation.

4. Corporate Settlement Tracks & Billing

All automated billing schedules are managed via isolated accounting channels. Invoices and statement descriptors register universally under the identifier WEATHER.GS

Low-Ticket Tracks (< A$5,000): Settled instantly via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayID, or Osko Instant mechanisms.
High-Ticket Tracks (≥ A$5,000): Managed via Stripe Customer Balance ACH Auto-Debit or manual international SWIFT Wire transfer protocols.

5. Absolute Liability Cap

MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd provides high-availability cryptographic digital assets behind completely isolated multi-tenant architectures. We guarantee sub-second server network paths under reasonable infrastructure limits.

CRITICAL LIABILITY BOUNDARY: Aggregate legal corporate liability for data discrepancies, server downtime anomalies, cache drops, or technical service interruptions is contractually and permanently capped at a maximum of three (3) months of platform fees paid by the specific tenant.

MeteoAnalytics Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust infrastructure parameters or deploy updates to protection loops to safeguard ledger files without active pre-warning loops.
